Unbelievable/grading time

I handed in a submission 11/20 at the chicago card show for the $12/5 day turnaround time special. I checked the submission status today and it says "entered on 12/2" Apparently, it took PSA 12 days to enter my order in the computer. They say they are swamped with orders, and that it doesn't matter how long it takes them to initially get the orders in the computer and that any guarantee only comes after it is "entered" in their system. With this gaping loophole of "unlimited time allowed to get it in the computer" How is the "guarantee" worth anything? Has anybody actually received anything for PSA taking longer then the "guarantee" time?

PSA was late on two autographed cards I submited last year. I got a certificate good for the grading/authentication fee of one item ($35). Call and they will probably make it right.

The guarantee does start once entered into the system. Sucks, but that's the way it is. Luckily, you only have to wait 4 more business days...
