1991 silver Eagle...strike thru-error! with the scrap of paper included!

Hi Guys,
Anybody interested in this strike-thru error?
It was a small scrap of paper that was over the edge of the flag, just below Liberty's right elbow. The coin is in a mylar flip, and the scrap of paper is in the flip with it.
I can try to take a close-up of the spot if anyone wants to see pics.
