Card Replacement question

Has anyone sent in a damaged numbered card or anyother non base issue card and if so what did they send as replacement?

Same card, different card, other?

    I sent an insert Frank Thomas card to Topps and got a one for one replacement. Did it with Fleer and they sent me a few packs of cards. From year to year I have had different experiences. Just remember to list the cards in an "inventory" fashion when submitting and I recommend insuring in case they want to say..."we never received"....from my experience, Topps has been the fastest.

    UD received my package and I also insured it.

    I sent in my severely damaged NL 1B Quad Patch card /15 and was just wondering what to expect seeing it is numbered (Low at that).
