Congratulations on your purchases. The 1969-S Half is quite nice in my opinion.

That 69 set looks like a seller who is known for crank his photos up! I fell for it on a 65 set, at least you got a CAM half!image Mine was returned so fast it wasn't funny!
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

    Lee,

What I see in the pics is a lightly contrasted 1967 half that probably is an MS66 based on your pics. It won't holder cameo, but has some contrast. What I don't see is a reverse pic from the seller. It looks lighter than the obverse, but 67 halves are more like proofs than SMS's in the grading services eyes, and that one's too light.

Coin two looks like a dipper gone awry. A 2004 proof the seller describes as PR67 is a dangerous coin. I expect it was cheap, so what the heck.

The 69 set does indeed have a dcam half. Although the seller cooked the contrast in their image, the coin is one that would holder dcam.

    Hope that helps.

image Appreciate the help! Picked up the 67 for $5, 2004-S for $5.50, and the 69 Mint Set for $17. Marty I agree about the photo's on the Mint Set but I figured for the price and return policy it was worth a shot? Need help on what the proper procedure is to clean these up before submitting for grading? Don't want to mess them up!!! Thanks Again, Lee

I would only bother to submit the 69 half if it is "clean". Personally, I do not think the 67 and 04 halves are worth submission prices. But, that is just my opinion.
