Spotting on PF69DCAM......should i keep them?

I purchased a six PR69DCAM PROOF coins sight-unseen and received them today. 2 of them had milk spotting on them. Should I return them? The dealer will take them back I am quite sure. He didnt mention there were spots on them

Are you saying the coins are in NGC plastic or are they raw?
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

You need to return them!! Like Tomaska says: a 68 or higher proof coin shouldn't have serious spotting.....

  • If you can't see them w/o a loupe then keep them!
