psa submission question- nov/dec special

had originally planned to submit cards for the Nov. special and had prepared (i.e., cardsaver I + stickers indicating line/submission #), packaged, and filled out an invoice for the Nov. special (93 cards). However, I did not mail out the package since PSA extended the special and I wanted to submit more cards.

My question is: Can I fill out a new invoice for the ‘new set’ of cards (approximately 25) and package that shipment in the same box w/the original invoice (93 cards) or do all 120 (roughly) cards have to be listed on a single invoice?

As far as I know, you can cross out the invoice number on the second invoice and place the first invoice number on it. That would be the easiest way. If you have two different invoice numbers, they may want to charge you two shipping charges.

  • Rainman,

I found a cool fix for the "more cards than fits the invoice" issue. Using the online submission form, if you know anything about using an html editor, it's a breeze. Simply open up an online invoice, save the page as an html file, and open it up in your editor of choice....I used front page as it was already on my laptop....Just add lines, renumber as needed and save again. Open the file back up in your browser, fill in the blanks, and print out. I submitted 119 cards this way last week. I see that PSA got my package yesterday. As far as I know, this is kosher for PSA, and the most creative thing my pea brain could come up with. It sure seemed a lot easier than crossing stuff out by hand on multiple sheets.

If anybody wants some help on something like this, send me a message and I'd be glad to assist.
    Good luck,

    Todd
  • psa does want only one submission number...i just submitted 4 sub numbers and they combined them into one.
  • Hey guys

I'm not sure EXACTLY how PSA likes it, but I just received my grades for a 60 card submission.

I just filled out 3 forms, all in "numerical" order.

I just kept the same "number" at the top of each form. For shipping, they just grouped all the cards on my "first" invoice - no additional shipping charges.

I'm sure that everyone does it different....I like the way hustle described above - but of course, my eyes started to glaze over while reading that small paragraph image

I'll have to "find" an image editor and try it out!

you dont even need a special editor.. you can use Wordpad and save it with a .html extension..

Man, I really wished I knew how to use a computer better and
understand all it's functionalities/availabilities. I prefer to go
the ancient route and hand write all 6 different submission forms for this one order of 200+ cards. I suck. Oh well.
