Ebay fraud

Last month I sold a 1969 baseball card set on ebay. Link to auction
One of the bidders on that auction was our own Bob Fisk. Bob received a second chance offer to purchase this item from a "MartinGiles" to purchase the set at his highest bid, $1,132.14. The second chance offer looked very official but Bob knew that I did not send him that e-mail.
I have put a phone call in to eBay and I am awaiting a reply. I do not know how to get in touch with the underbidders to warn them about this, their e-mail addresses do not appear on the page for me.
If anyone the bid on this item receives a second chance offer, please be advised that it is fraudulent. Additionally, any second chance offer from MartinGiles or bobismecheru99, another name listed on the email is most likely fraudulent.
I do not know how this could have happened as no one has my password.
