US Mint canvas bags

Are you going to be buying any? Make some rainbow coins? Seems like it could be pretty cool to buy one.

    They aren't making them anymore. I have about 25 that came from the bank, these will be collectable in themselves. Of course you can still buy them from the mint sealed, but it's going to cost you and the quality of those coins won't be too good.

    I've got a few old quarter bags in nice condition. I wonder how many of the bags from the early '80's are still around.

    I dunno, I thought about buying one myself and hoping it's a very old one! But they're all probably 80s and 90s.

    I was at a flea market about 6 months back and there was a guy with a table pilled with canvas bags from the mint. Guess he got them from a coin counting company or bank. He was selling them for $1 each. I bought 20.

    Did you notice what the bags were? Old? New? Cent? Were they heavily used or lightly used?
