BJ, Cosetta and Gayle are all great!!!! I have been bugging them too with numerous issues (spec numbers, additions to the player sets, bugs in the registry) lately. They have been very responsive and have quickly got things done. Excellent customer service by PSA in this regard.

it seems to me that the employees there are very knowledgeable in all areas of the business. Every time I call they can answer my questions very quickly as opposed to most places where each person only knows their department.

She added the last Ron Mix card I needed to reach 100% on my Mix master set recently, after I was unable to convince the registry myself to add it
