Poll: Does it mater who sends the coin in?

I was just thinking about this issue so I figured I'd pop a poll up to see what the average perception is. I know there are several board members who have "made" conditional rarities. I know I've submitted a lot of coins that I felt should have made the grade. I've yet to make a top-pop that wasnt realitivly common.
I've heard so many stories of how someone sent a coin in five or six times with conservative grading, then some well known dealer submits the same to get the upgrade on the first try. Even though I've not made any top pops, I personally think that there's no difference in who submits the coin(s.)
