Well, I just got it today. Rather a good looking set but the quarter has a little bit of toning starting at k-4 on the obv and from k-3 to k-5 on the rev.....

I also had to post the nickle as well......it's a nice lavender all the way through on both the obv and rev.

I am going to crack these out tonight.....do you think a little dip in acetone would clean the quarter up the rest of the way?

No, Acetone won't do anything for that quarter. It'll need eZest.

What's the Lincoln look like ?

The lincoln and dime are absolutely beautiful with only a few hairlines in the dime but the lincoln doesn't have any toning, carbon spots or anything....will take some pics of all the coins once they are freed from the confines of the scratched up plastic holder. I love the lavender toning of the nickle and will check but it looks like a FS to the naked eye. I don't think the Franklin will make full bell lines, but will find out this evening....there is some scuffing on the plastic that is imparing the view of the rev.
