Stack's Auction Catalog Help Request

Does anyone happen to have a copy of Stack's Oct. 16, 2001 sale? I was wondering if someone could send me a high resolution scan of any photograph they provide for Lot #1041, 1907-D Proof Double Eagle (King Farouk specimen).

Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks.

I have the catalog, but not the high-resolution scanner! Sorry...
