mechanical errors are such bull

someone please explain to me why it takes so long to fix a mechanical error!!! I don't get it , I wait 2 month to get my order back and then it comes back wrong with the year listed as 973 . must be the oldest card known to man. so I send it back and it was received on 11/12 and nothing so i call customer service and what do I get for a response" it's only been 11 days " . mechanical errors take 10-20 business days. give me a break!!!! I already waited long enough for my order , it's psa's mistake so these should be in and out corrections with minimal turnaround. that's how it works in the real world when you pay someone for a service and they make a mistake and have to fix it!!

oh yeah , my other orders are probably all going to the grader of death and getting 2's now but I don't care . this is unexcusable

Last time I checked, PSA wasn't making any money off mechanical errors, that might have something to do with it! image
