is submission status working online ???

everytime i put in submission number and zip, it takes me right back to the same page ??

anyone else having this problem ?

Mine aren't done either. How long do the 6 initial offer submissions usually take? Mine show they were received on 11-20. Thanks.

I have 2 separate submissions in to PSA....1st was sent in middle of the month....2nd was sent right b4 thanksgiving.

The first one logs in as 'received".....the second acts just like yours.

My guess is that they haven't logged it in yet.

When did you send it in?

I wouldn't sweat it...I have the same problem- but I called today and they said that they are about 2 days behind. They received mine on the 25th (Friday) and I would bet that by tomorrow or Friday it's up. I don't think they are going to let February happen again!
