Could you please explain the diagnostic's PCGS graders use (or seek) to determine an Accented Hair Kennedy.

    Hi Jim,

    On the Accentuated Hair Kennedy half dollars, there are approximately six pronounced incused hair detail lines above and to the right of the ear. Also, the bottom left serif of the "I" in LIBERTY is virtually absent.

    The best way to tell is to compare with a regular strike. They are quite different in appearance visually.
