Is this AT or NT... need some quick advice please.

Sorry about the size of the photo but just a quick glance tells me it might be NT. Just because of the softness on the obv.

Any opinioins.

If the reverse image is accurate my guess is AT, as the color is a bit too vivid and doesn't appear to flow naturally. Hard to tell from the tiny images though.

AT. Good job on the reverse but AT. JMHO. I am not a grader at PCGS. But if I were and this coin were presented to me for grading, I would bodybag it.
