And you buy some 'sealed' ones on Ebay from the 50's and early 60's, do you open them to see if you hit a cameo or leave them sealed?

I'd have to open them. If I didn't, I'd wonder why I bought them in the first place.
New collectors, please educate yourself before spending money on coins; there are people who believe that using numismatic knowledge to rip the naïve is what this hobby is all about.
