1956 -57 Topps baseball sets reprints????

Did Topps ever reprint the full 1956 and 1957 baseball sets ?
Look at this ebay auction ebay auction

I asked the seller if they were reprints during the auction but just got this email today after the auction closed a week ago with somebody else winning it and told me that he refunded payment to the winner because he was told the cards are not real?
So I'm just trying to figure out if Topps did reprint these full sets or did the seller see how much the cards are really worth and backed out??
Maybe I should email the winner and find out what he was told ...

    I am not sure about the cards. Looking at his prior auctions in his feedback.. Man.. ALOT of "Coming of Age Videos"........eeeeeeeeeewwwwwwwwwww

    Those videos are sick!!! You would think that it would be against the law to sell those in the United States since the person is younger then 18??
    What kind of person would that make him?

    I would'nt want to deal with someone like that for Baseball cards anyways Im glad I did not bid on his auction.

    Maybe it's just me also but I don't think so...

    That is SICK! That guy needs to be in prison! Am I the only one who is surprised that ebay allows this? Are these legit films or are they for the deranged kiddie porn sickos?!

    That is sick. He probably uses baseball cards to lure boys into his van. I think those have to be against eBay's rules and the Law. I noticed he abreviates nudity to keep them from showing up in filters. I hope someone turns this guy in.

    I just emailed ebay cs about this guy and want him kicked off and possibly more. This is horrible and he should be thrown in jail

    This guy is a sicko but I wouldn't bother reporting him to Ebay. I'm sure that since it is non-pornographic art is is not illegal. It is however disgusting.
