Is it me, or has the forum response time been slow lately?

I have high speed internet, this is the only site I am having slow response times on.

Previously I thought it was %$##'n spyware, but I am now spyware free and this site is still slow.

Any others notice this?

Once in a while it hiccups or hangs on me, but most of the time it seems fine.
