Generic Indian Eagle

What should I expect to pay for a VF generic Indian eagle? My half eagle ball mark isn't large enough to be annoying to my foursome.

I think you might have trouble finding one that has seen VF circulation. You can probably get a generic AU for $300 or so.

Yep. It depends on why you want a VF. Are you like Braddick and like to collect pocket pieces or are do you just want to pay a low price?

If it's the former it will take some time to find a nice VF that hasn't been damaged. If the latter I'd try to find a nice AU58 for about $400 of a 26-P or 32-P.

Are you serious that you use an eagle or half eagle for a ball mark? I use a 1970 cent (my birth year) and I get annoyed if I lose it on the golf course.

  • Been using a Lib half eagle for a ball mark for a year now; course, I don't lose it.

If any dealer here wants to sell me a $10 eagle in VF for $265, PM me with a scan.

    Thanks.
