An opinion on this 85cc- please???

Ok I need to see if I am loading this correctly, I'm sure there is someone who might be able to walk me through it in case I screw up. if it shows on the page in jpg- it should be able to come up in your screen right?

Judging from the pics it has a good chance grading MS64. The reverse looks very nice.

The face appears to have lost a LOT of frost. PCGS might call this only MS61 or 62.

Well then, if I were to do a bit of a dip- would this warrant a reject at any TPG? There are 2 spots in the hairline at 3 and 5 o'clock. was informned by a few dealers that that could be cleaned. Any ideas from the crowd would be helpful.
