Grade / Opinions on my new SLQ 1917 Ty 1

I picked this up for my type set because of its original look. I know the grading standards seem to focus a lot on the legs and garment lines. Any ideas on grade?

Maybe a VF25 or so. It's odd that the shield has so little wear compared to the legs and reverse.

A beautiful coin, I'd go with VF-25. Looks original.
