A good example is the PROOF 25 1922 Peace Dollar High Relief Matte that you can look up at Heritage Permanent Auction Archive, Lot 6536 April 2002, the CSNS Columbus, OH Signature #288 show. I don't know how to do links yet, or I would send you there.
They are quite common. Any proof coin that has either wear or circulation marks on it will get graded as PF58 or lower. Here is a Gobrecht dollar in PF10 graded by PCGS; it's my coin.
