Guess the grade -- Grade revealed!

Just got my quarterly freebie back. Not an expensive coin, but one with sentimental value for me -- it's a coin from the first coin shop that I used to frequent as a kid (which is long since closed). Anyway, I didn't have any coins from that store slabbed (most are not worth too much -- in fact, this is probably the most valuable coin I got from that store), so when the opportunity arose to send in this coin as the quarterly freebie, I jumped on it. Anyway, I thought I'd post a picture first and allow you to guess the grade...
This coin is now sitting in a PCGS VF-35 holder. I bought it raw as a VF-20 many years ago, and thought that it would go VF-30 based on the ANA Grading Guide definitions (I thought it had too much wear to hit XF-40). Guess it had enough eye appeal to hit VF-35 (it is a very attractive coin, IMO).
