    Check the "OTHER CARDS" heading -

    Autographed cards direct from maufacturer dated 1998 and later

    JEB is right 1998 and later, but the Nov. Special also excludes cards valued at $500+.

    Nothing 1998 and later can possibly be valued at $500+ for submission purposes (and you'd be a fool to submit it at that level, other than for the quick turnaround to sell). I know, some of this new crap comes out and sells for well over that, but a year later, none of it will be valued at all. So, anything 1998 and later is acceptable ... just list the value on the submission form accordingly.
