Would the organizers of local coin shows please add the following to your advertised hours.

Especially if you have no requirement for the dealers who commit to your shows to stick to the advertised hours. You should add the following notation.
****We have no requirement for dealers to remain open during show hours. They may open and close at will. You should not expect over 50% of the dealers to be present if you arrive 2-3 hours before the advertised closing.****
Then no none will be able to have a legitimate complaint. "Half the dealers are gone already." A legitimate disappointment yes, but able to complain, no.
