French Coin Query

First off, I know nothing about World Coins but I ran across a fairly well preserved 50 Centimes that is dated 1916. If this were an American coin it would probably grade fine to very fine.

Does this coin have any collectible value beyond a common French coin? Thanks in advance.

Mintage 52.963 million, .75 in VF, bullion (.0671 ASV) in Fine (2003 Standard Catalog of World Coins).
