I think it's fantastic. I love it. Looks really clean, nice luster, and fantastic color, especially for a 1930's Washington.

I can't remember if you posted the grade in that other thread and then removed it, or if I'm just imagining things, so I'll keep my guess to myself

Holly Cow. If it wasn't for that George's cheek and neck I would be tempted to say MS 68. I'll go with a 66 because of the color. That ones a beauty.

That coin is absolute outstanding! It has toning remniscent of the finest 1949-D Washingtons that are out there, yet it's a 1939-D. Terrific!

That is GORGEOUS. What a nice looking toner. It looks like it has terrific luster in the holder pic. I thought in the initial pics the luster might have held it to 66, but seeing how bright the obverse is in the holder pic, who cares what the holder says. It's a killer.
