We'll skip to the good stuff:
Thanks to everyone who entered. The random number generator I used led me to...

You're the winner!! Congrats. I'm PM'd you with some info. PM me and you're good to go!
So I knew I was coming up on my 500th post, and I was scratching my head thinking of what to give away. Looking through my "vault" I was coming up with duds. A few slabbed misfits, a couple modern commems. Odds and ends of greyside and darkside stuff. I finally decided on a 1999 mint set with a 1999 proof SBA. I got them from the mint when they were released, and had no idea if they'd gone up or down in value. I checked recent eBay auctions to get a feel. I figured it was about $25.
...And then I had a revelation!
Why not let the winner pick ANY "But It Now" item on eBay with a value equal to or less than $25, including shipping?
So that's what I'm doing. If you want to be entered, just post a response to this post by Monday the 29th at 4:00 pm Central Standard Time. I'll then pick a random winner from those responses. That winner will have 48 hours to pick any auction on eBay with a BIN price equal to or less than $25 including shipping. I'll BIN for them, and have it shipped directly to them.
A quick search for BIN items in this price range brought up the following examples...
1972 PCGS PR68 DCAM silver Ike:
OR
This NGC 1983 PF68 Ultra Cam Olympic Dollar:
OR
This Septimius Severus Denarius Fortuna:
The possibilities are endless!
The rules are it must be "Buy It Now", it must be a coin or coin-related auction, and the BIN price plus shipping must be equal to or less than $25. Thanks to CU for running the site, thanks to all of those who post and share their knowledge. Good luck!
