That kind of baloney/misinformation is the reason I try not to touch the Open Forum with the 20-foot pole I save for use on things I won't touch with a 10-footer!

One example - he mentions the use of "tenant" in real property deeds, implying that it means we are only tenants of the ruling cabal, and don't own our homes and other land.

If he had taken a first year law school class in real property, he would have discovered that in 1776 when we separated from England, the common law rules that we adopted were based on the concept that all real property belonged to the sovereign, and was held by the occupant as a tenant, either directly of the King, or in a line of tenancy that began with the King. As a result, in real property deeds thel terms "tenant" means "owner". Of course it also means one who rents, leases or otherwise occupies the land of another, but it's far from the only word in our language with multiple (and inconsistent) meanings.

If, and it's a BIG if, any of his corporate name claims are true it simply means that someone has registered such a corporation with the appropriate state official - not that it's really the government agency whose name is being taken in vain.
