Cooked. That's a typical look for an Ike exposed to direct heat. Try putting a junk coin in a ladle so nothing but the sides touch the ladle, and hold it over a direct flame. The INSTANT it starts to take color, pull it off the flame. It'll look exactly like the one you posted.
