    Techinically,

    Its not that low grade, about a F-15 or Vf , But is severly corroded and enviro damaged.

    To the grading services that net grade coins, I imagine it would net grade way on down?

    Referring to the Lib nickel, the quarter didnt post up at the time I typed this
