Jade Rare Coin: MSNS New Purchases - 1799 Dollar, NGC-10 and Calif. Gold Lapel Pin

We purchased several coins today during dealer setup at the Michigan State Numismatic Society Fall Convention in Dearborn. Here are two of the more interesting purchases today:
1799 Bust Dollar, BB-165, NGC VG-10, Price: $995
Very Interesting 1871 California Gold Lapel Pin. Probably a piece made to commemorate someone's birthday or anniversary. The pin includes (2) California Gold pieces; 1871-G $0.25 and 1871-G $0.50. There's also a Type 1 Gold Dollar, but we cannot see the date. Price is $275, although I cannot guarantee that any of the 3 pieces will slab at PCGS.
The last image shows a 1924 Mercury Dime that we grade as MS-62. It is included as a size reference, but I suppose it is for sale ($45) if anyone is interested.

Both items are still available. We did not set out either item today, but may do so tomorrow.
As far as other newps, the only thing that we bought today was a bagel, but I ate that for breakfast.

Edited to add: If I wore a suit/jacket and tie other than to weddings and funerals, I would be all over that lapel pin.
