NGC used to use the W and T designations for white and toned coins, respectively. If you look, though, plenty of white coins didn't receive the W, and plenty of toned coins didn't get the T (most with a T actually are very lightly toned, if at all). NGC did away with them sometime last year.

Did you see the coin listed higher elsewhere??? It it had the FBL designation then it would be worth $135 according to the site.
Btw, Thats a Beautiful PF-68 Franklin. And yes the W is for White.
