I went to the card store after work tonight and bought 8 packs of 2005 Donruss. I had some great pulls including a HOT PACK of 10 inserts! This is what I pulled:

That was fantastic! I have never received a "hot" pack! "Hot" checks...yes...hot pack...no. If you have time, can you scan the Pujols elite?

Still a nice card - looks like the one corner has a "touch" - don't ya just love that in a new card, fresh from the pack!?
I would be affraid to send it back since it is numbered and they may not have a replacement for it.

Hi Mike,
It is the scan. The top two corners are as sharp as the bottom two. I think I will check ebay to see if anyone is auctioning any of these yet. Like dtkk49 said, what would these get on ebay?

If the gods are looking down on him maybe the $25.00 he invested but I wouldn't bet on it.

I opened my first packs in probably 3 months the other day, 6 Topps Tradeds. I actually did OK with the Chromes, getting rookies of Felix Hernandex, Paul McAnulty, and Homer Bailey, some golds and the shop guy threw in 3 2005 Topps (Kinsler RC, Thomas and Prior) cards since he didn't feel like ringing them up.

Just waiting for Bowman Heritage...

Oh, and BTW, anyone collecting the Picture Checklists in Topps Traded? There are 110 checklist cards with a regular checklist on the back, but on the front, they actually show all 2004 Topps and Topps Traded cards. If you really want a master set, I guess these are essential.
