Can you see difference

Hi!

I have these 20 kopeks 1945 and 1946 in xf condition for years and today I discover that are different if many things.

First obverse: look at 9 in date, acorns and leafs
Reverse: look at two CC and above it.
Maybe is there some more difference.
Is this varieties or some error? Is it orginal coin from 1945 or 1946?What coin is varietie? Is varietie coin have bigger value?

Same design, could be different dies. I don't know for sure.

It seems like if one side has a weak, mushy strike the other side has a strong, sharp strike. The differences in the intricacy of the detailing at the bottom of the wreath is all I can see.
