How to end a No Reserve auction EARLY

1) Cancel the high bidder's bid and see what it falls back to

2) Use your shill account to bid on the coin

3) Cancel the auction selling to the highest (your shill) bidder

4) Relist the item and try again

  • Coin was fully priced at the bid.

56 is way more common than a 57.

Looked DCAM to me,subtract 2-3 grades for the PCI holder, use the CU price guide and subtract 50 %

    Should be about right !

If it's any consolation, I don't think it will DCAM at PCGS or NGC. Too much frost fade on the bell. Nice cameo though. Now who on earth would EVER use a shil bidder? Never on E-bay! Oh yeah, we can't tell because of the "private ID" feature. That's why I like E-bay instead of the big auction houses like Teletrade. On E-bay oyu can see the bidders, USUALLY. I almost NEVER bid on anything that's got private ID for both the buyer or seller. Too much room for "inconsistancies". I say almost because I'm not sure if I ever did, but if so, it's in the LONG past. On Teletrade, you can't see the high reserve or the "shill" bidding going on by the seller. Like we are pretty sure that goes on by even some of the board members here too. Ray
