Question on cameras/c-stands

OK so I'm currently using the Russ setup, with a Ricoh RDC-4300. Nice camera, and it takes decent pictures.
But I'm looking around for maybe a new camera. I have a couple of requirements:
5 Megapixels or more
The ability to remotely control the camera using a computer, using monitor as viewfinder.
Swivel Lens if possible.
USB cable.
The swivel lens is great because you can change the angle of the shot without altering the setup. I know you could always prop the coin but that's a pain. An alternative to the swivel lens would be an inexpensive copy stand that will allow the angle of the camera to be altered. The ones I've seen only allow a 90 degree shot without the ability to change the angle.
Any suggestions?
