1 Cent 1863 Error Mint .. Rare ?? Any Recommendations??

I need everybody's recommendation on this coin. Note the error in the mint. 1st image at 11 o'clock.

Should I send it to PCGS for grading?

How much do you think it is worth?

    I don't think that is especially rare or worth a premium/sending in for grading. Sorry.

    I saw a coin with this exact retained cud at the New Hampshire Coin Expo. It adds only marginal value to the coin, and might even detract from what someone building a high-grade set of Indians would want. It's a neat error, but IMHO not really worth the cost of a submission.

    Neat later die state of a fairly common copper-nickel IH trait. This terminal die state CN was for sale on Yahoo a few years ago (think it's an 1862). The hard nature of the alloy caused a lot of die cracks, especially on the reverse:
