Is there a DDO 1951 Proof quarter?

I have a 1951 proof quarter that show's eastward doubling on, "IN GO... TRU..." Anybody know anything about that? No tango una Cherry Picker's Guide.

    There is one listed in the CONECA variety listing section (www.CONECA.org), SDO-004, not sure what SD stands for. MD is master die on other listings, first time I have seen SD. The 1994 CONECA master die listings book had 3 listings for 1951 25c proof ddo's, but now only the SDO-004 remains. Both listings written by Dr James Wiles, current COMECA president.
