Today, Teletrade auction 1965, Lot 1117, 2000 1c ANACS67RD Cheerios on label? Try as I might, I can't finger this one out. Anyone know? The zero's are upbeat?
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?

In 2000, Cheerios included a 2000 cent in their cereal boxes, attached to a little card, and enclosed in a soft plastic shrink wrap. The promotion included the chance to win some number, ($1000?), in the new "gold dollars".
I find it hard to believe they would trade at a premium, even if certified.
I'll try to include a picture later this evening unless someone beats me to it.

One night I took a metal detecting wand to an all night supermarket & checked (I think Wheaties) boxes for the Sacagawea promotion that
was going on. I didn't find any. I know.... get a life.
Great transactions with oih82w8, JasonGaming, Moose1913.

The market has spoken, and has decided they aren't worth slabbing.
