Does a PSA 9 grade increase a cards value by 10 times or so? I realize I've been away for a while but damn, your comments would be appreciated.

The short answer is yes, it does increase the value significantly. This card in PSA-9 typically sells around $1,200. You can get a PSA-8 for around $175 which would seem to be quite a bargin...
