Hmmm....I did a little digging; here's the last vintage set he offered with the same kind of wild hyperbolic ranting - the buyer left "ok cards" in his feedback, so I looked into the buyer's feedback left for others and he always leaves "great card" feedback. Doesn't sound like he was too impressed with what he received.

Annette was the one - she was my big sister, little sister, heartthrob and confidant all in one. I still can't imagine her, ya know, um, well... umm, doing it....ya know?

Mark My best friend in 4th grade...Arthur Schlesinger and I wanted to be on the MM Club really bad....couldn't wait for the show to start and was depressed when it ended...well there's always tomorrow...Special guest star day, rodeo day, anything can happen day.... I even lied and told some kids in class that Annette was my cousin! What a jerk! Somebody smack that kid with a Mickey Stick!!!
edit: Hi Steve...you have been officially "jacked"
Keith I like her also - Cheryl Holdridge was also on the Leave it to Beaver show - she aired the first time as Gloria Cusick where she told Wally that he had a pug nose and later as Julie Foster where they sometimes dated; always felt that he should have married her instead of MaryEllen Rogers.
<< <i>Roy? Wasn't he the old fat dude that always hung out >>
Mark I think they put him in this role so that Jimmy didn't look so gay...?
Roy was an artist at the Disney studio who was only 3 years older than Jimmie, had a fowl mouth around the kids (dirty jokes included) and constantly snuck little drinks here and there.
I just remember them doing the Mouseketeer Roll Call with all of the little high voices..."Cubby.....Karen......Sharon"...and then the low gruff "ROYYYYYYYYYY" .
Heres a pic I found. It has a couple of kids I dont remember. And I think its missing at least JJ from the shows I saw.

Since this thread has obviously been hijacked, this might be the place to pose this one to all of you (us) "oldsters". Do y'all remember the old silver certificates? If you folded the bill in just the right place (on the left side middle, to the right of the big old "1")

I always have doubts when the seller touts how high the cards will be graded but does not have them graded.
If he mentions PSA but says he doesn't have the time or money to get these "perfect" cards graded, he's peddling snake oil.

What?
AFA, PSA, CGC, DVD, VHS, GAI...hmmm....ABC, CID, FBI, CIA, BGS, COD, POV, M-O-U-S-E....
OK, fess up - how many people had a crush on Annette from the MM Club? If you are too young, that's OK...how about? Little Britney on the new MM Club?
Anyone have anything from the original MM Club?

Mike

I also dreamed of staying at the Triple R! And don't forget the Hardy Boys. I think we are the only one getting a cheap hi here?
Today's question: What was the deal with Jimmie Dodd?

I actually liked Cheryl and Darlene as much as Annette. But I was in the rerun years so I probably dont count
