Does this look post mint or a dropped letter?

Not too sure about this Lincoln. This is a circulated piece and if it is post mint damage, it happened a long time ago. Any ideas are welcome.

It's really hard to tell if it's post-strike damage or a strike-thru error. Since there's no pressure ridge surrounding the incuse trace, that would tend to support its candidacy as a strike-thru error.

As to whether it's a dropped letter, that too is iffy. The incuse feature seems a bit too irregular to be a dropped letter. Most dropped letters precisely duplicate the shape of letter. This is kind of sloppy looking.
