Interesting Heritage auction

I'm looking at lot 11289 in a Heritage Internet only auction. Current bid (with BP) = ~$6325. The next bid meets reserve at ~$6650.
This same coin, in the same slab at the same grade, sold 2 months ago at Long Beach for $5750, here.
So what's going on? Winner at Long Beach didn't keep the coin and now the consigner is trying to push his luck, or the winner at Long Beach is trying to flip the coin for a quick $900 profit? Or, am I missing something?

I would venture to guess that Heritage bought the coin 2 months ago and they are trying to flip it themselves. If it doesn't meet reserve you may eventually see it in Heritage's inventory.
I doubt if it was returned from a Signature Auction Sale. Those are generally no return.
The 1989 Bubble price for this coin was $3500 in XF 45
