Need help on two tokens, one darkside, one lighter

I understand that BOVRIL is some form of "liquid cow", but if someone can better help me describe this token, it would be appreciated. The larger One Penny token is obviously some fraternal order, but I don't know which one. I have three of these tokens from different places, but it would be nice if I knew what they were image

The second token is a Mason's Penny.

The first one I believe could be traded for one liquid cow. Liquid cows are not the dietary staple they once were and that breed of bovine is not often seen anymore.

The 2nd one is a Masonic Chapter Penny from Oswego NY Lake Ontario Chapter #165. King lists 6 varieties for that chapter. Two in copper, 1 bronze, 1 brass, 1 aluminum, 1 steel. Yours looks like copper so it's either #4416 or 4417a. Unfortunately the description in the book is lacking in details.

My reference is the 1981 2nd printing of the 1930 edition. No values are given nor can I find your piece in the plates. My guess would be about $5-$10.
