Need help on two tokens, one darkside, one lighter

I understand that BOVRIL is some form of "liquid cow", but if someone can better help me describe this token, it would be appreciated. The larger One Penny token is obviously some fraternal order, but I don't know which one. I have three of these tokens from different places, but it would be nice if I knew what they were

The first one I believe could be traded for one liquid cow. Liquid cows are not the dietary staple they once were and that breed of bovine is not often seen anymore.

My reference is the 1981 2nd printing of the 1930 edition. No values are given nor can I find your piece in the plates. My guess would be about $5-$10.
