Reggie Jackson Fans-Input Needed

I am in the process of looking for a gift for my uncle for christmas, and his all-time favorite player in Reggie Jackson.

I'd like some input on what people's favorite card is of him?

Thanks!

  • You can not go wrong with vintage, and therefore that would be his 1969 Rookie card:

    I own a PSA 7 also.

I also own a Reggie Jackson Autographed Bat card #'ed to 100, which is the Mystery card in one of my Yankee Master Collection sets. I like that card very much also but very rarely do I see it on eBay when a set is broken up.

If I were you I would go for the Rookie card.

I did an ebay reggie psa/dna search and came up with a few items - the stat ball has a psa/dna matching numbered sticker/COA which looks good depending how much you want to pay.
If you had the time and did a search on the Toppsvault, they have, at times, some really cool one of a kind items for sale - I picked up a really cool 73T Candy Lid Proof of reggie back last winter.

For my money, either a high grade 1976 or 1978 Topps Reggie card would be a great gift.
  • I know it's not worth as much as his older ones, but on looks alone, my favorite is the 1978. I love the swing in the Yankees uniform.
