He guarantees his grading. Someone should take it up with him, send it in to get graded and if it doesn't come back MS67 stick him for the fees and the cost. Not that it could actually go through...

If your not happy just return the coin in it's orignal package for a full refund.

You add your own "catch 22", he said you have to return it in the original holder, he does NOT say original unopened holder.
