I like the idea that it seems the 2x2's have better protection, or atleast im told, but the flips allow for you to take the token out and hold it in hand. They also allow you to write a bunch on the other side, which I need, especially for store cards. In your opinion which is better with protection? If you like you could take it from a coin standpoint also, there isn't too much difference. Most of them I will be putting in will be copper or a cheap nickel, brass, or zinc deal.

<< <i>Non-PVC flips... cardboard 2x2s with staples can scratch coins as you're moving them... not good. >>
How can I tell if they are non-PVC? Isn't like the texture or the strength of the flip?

Staples are not good. Use them just long enough and you will know why. Use PVC free flips if you want flips - but you can also put the tokens in little archival polypro sleeves to reduce flip friction etc..sort of the way you are supposed to send them into PCGS. Saf-Flips or whatever are good and PVC free.
