    I have seen quite a few 83P that were struck from rusted dies, which caused raised lumps of metal on the surfaces of the coin. Several years ago John Gilreath opened 2 original rolls and had 13 or 14 coins that had been struck from rusted dies.
    If It doesn't have great eye appeal, I don't want it.
